Country Music Hall of Fame members and Grammy Award winners, The Oak Ridge Boys just released their latest single , “Swing Down Chariot” from their upcoming album, Front Porch Singin’ with Lightning Rod Records/Thirty Tigers. The Oak Ridge Boys recorded the album with Grammy Award-winning producer Dave Cobb for their fourth collaboration, taking a different approach through his guidance.

“Swing Down Chariot” is the third track to be released. The highly-anticipated Front Porch Singin’ is set to release June 11th. Previously, the band released “Love, Light And Healing” and “Life Is Beautiful,” songs that evoke feelings of sitting on a front porch swing on a summer afternoon and enjoying the breeze. “Swing Down Chariot” is available to stream and download on all digital platforms and was premiered on Newsmax.com.

“There’s nothing like a spiritual to bring hope, to bring optimism and solace during troubling times. Keeping with the Front Porch Singin’ attitude, we must credit producer Dave Cobb for the album direction. Cobb challenged us to come up with an old gospel song that we have known for years but never performed. When we gathered behind the microphones and gave him ‘Swing Down Chariot’ we all knew it was the one.” ~ Joe Bonsall, Tenor, The Oak Ridge Boys
