Oklahoma red dirt rocker Stoney LaRue has spent the last 20 years dominating the charts and selling out concerts nationwide. He’s also been known to record many of those live shows for his own personal use and to look back on. When the pandemic hit and touring came to a halt, LaRue and his engineer Roy Shelton took some time to listen to many of those shows that were recorded over the last couple of years. With LaRue’s birthday coming up, they made the decision to throw the ultimate party by releasing Double Live 25 on April 28th digitally at http://www.stoneylarue.com on iTunes. It will also be available for streaming on all platforms including Spotify, Amazon, Apple Music, Tidal and others. Be sure to check out his YouTube and Facebook page on April 28th for the premiere of the live music video for “One Chord Song.”

Stoney LaRue, Roy Shelton and long time guitarist and band leader Jesse Duke chose 25 songs for this live album, including concert and album staples such as “Look At Me Fly,” “Us Time,” “One Chord Song,” “Oklahoma Breakdown,” “Empty Glass,” “Feet Don’t Touch The Ground” and his most recent radio hits “Hill Country Boogaloo” and “Message In A Bottle” from his 2019 studio album Onward. With over two hours of pure live music and no overdubs, Double Live 25 is a must-have for all Stoney LaRue fans. Physical copies will be available later in the year.
