NEWS: US Country Sensation Gabby Barrett to make UK debut at C2C Festival in London & Glasgow!

Powerhouse vocalist and songwriter Gabby Barrett is one of country music’s fastest rising stars. After a breakout 2019, she continues to cross more milestones as her early career momentum builds.

Warner Music Nashville’s Barrett has eclipsed 200 million on-demand streams and her jet-fuelled revenge anthem “I Hope” is Top 15 on the US Country Radio airplay charts and is in the Top 10 Billboard Hot Country Songs list – the first debut single from a female artist to claim the honour since 2017.

Now, UK fans have chance to see her shine as she heads across the pond to play at C2C (Country To Country) Festival 2020, March 13-15, at The O2 in London and also SSE Hydro in Glasgow.

In London, Barrett will perform on the prestigious Spotlight Stage in The O2 Arena on Friday 13 March, as well as the CMW Hub Stage, plus the BBC Radio 2 Stage at Indigo and The Bluebird Café on Saturday 14 March. She will perform on the Spotlight Stage at SSE Hydro in Glasgow on Sunday 15 March.

The Pennsylvania native began singing in her local gospel choir at nine years old, and performed 136 shows in 2017 alone before rising to national prominence as a Top 3 finalist on ABC’s American Idol. A talented songwriter as well as performer, Barrett has writer credits on all three songs she has released so far.

Barrett has also previewed her upcoming Ross Copperman-produced album by releasing new songs “The Good Ones” and “Hall of Fame”.

Hi, I’m Annette, I have been a huge country music fan since the early 90s those were the days we were lucky enough to have CMT in the UK. I enjoy nothing more than listening to country music whilst having a cold beer (or a moonshine) with friends. I try to as many gigs as I can here in the UK and in the USA; I think of Nashville as my second home and I am lucky to have made some amazing friends in Tennessee. Think Country is something I am very proud of, I just want to share my love and passion of all things country music related with you all.
