New video out now for latest single “Part Of Me” from Joe Hanson which premiered earlier this week on CMT!

After continued success with the release of his single “Part Of Me,” country singer/songwriter Joe Hanson is ready to release the music video to go along with it. CMT world premiered the video on Thursday on their CMT Music channel and online, in which Hanson is reminiscing about an old flame while grappling with past memories. This uptempo, pop-infused melody underlines the lyrics as he sings about having the desire to move on, while questioning that thought at the same time. Stream and download “Part of Me” HERE.

“[Hanson] is equipped with a striking tenor voice and a knack for shaping a melody like a sculptor with stone: tastefully and expressively.” – Medium, Donna Block

“‘Part Of Me’ is infectious, and perhaps a bit cathartic for those working through a breakup. Fans of Dan + Shay and Devin Dawson will find that it fits in nicely alongside those artists’ songs on a playlist,” The Boot, Angela Stefano

“Part Of Me” was among the top ten most added songs to country radio in the country on the MusicRow Breakout Chart, just behind Luke Bryan, Lee Brice, Brad Paisley and Thomas Rhett.

Throughout this time of social distancing, Hanson has been busy on social media sharing covers of some of his favorite songs. Check them out here and stay up to date with him on his website.

About Joe Hanson
Singer/songwriter Joe Hanson is already breaking the mold, and he’s brand new to country music. He is equipped with a striking tenor voice and a knack for shaping a melody like a sculptor with stone: tastefully and expressively. Even now, Hanson knows how to write the kind of songs that stick in your head, with lyrics that reflect the bitter and the sweet he’s tasted in life. And while he seems to have been born to sing country music — in fact, he probably was — it took Hanson a while to decide whether his destiny was in Christian music, on which he was raised back in Naperville, Illinois alongside country stalwarts like Randy Travis, Keith Urban, Brad Paisley, John Denver and more. After experimenting with various sounds and projects, Hanson knew that his calling was to make country music, so he officially moved to Nashville. Since moving to town he has had the opportunity to attend writers retreats, where he met Keesy Timmer, who’d penned Kelsea Ballerini’s “Yeah Boy.” Hanson has also had the opportunity to open for some of Nashville’s best including Brantley Gilbert, Randy Houser, Russell Dickerson and Lindsay Ell. This year, Hanson is working on an EP to be released in 2020. For more information about Hanson go here joehansonmusic.com.

Hi, I’m Annette, I have been a huge country music fan since the early 90s those were the days we were lucky enough to have CMT in the UK. I enjoy nothing more than listening to country music whilst having a cold beer (or a moonshine) with friends. I try to as many gigs as I can here in the UK and in the USA; I think of Nashville as my second home and I am lucky to have made some amazing friends in Tennessee. Think Country is something I am very proud of, I just want to share my love and passion of all things country music related with you all.
