New single ‘Keep Us Young’ out today from Lockeland to kick off what promises to be an exciting year for the Nashville based trio!

Following on from the recent success of their 2019 releases ‘Drive’ and ‘These Hands’, US Country trio Lockeland (Michael Boris, Kyndon Oakes and Mark Vikingstad) today release their new single ‘Keep Us Young’, which you can get HERE ahead of an exciting year of new music and live shows.

Fronted by lead-singer Kyndon, Lockeland represent all that’s important about traditional U.S country, with a contemporary production standard. As a trio, their individual talents compliment each other instinctively resulting in a well polished, three-part harmony sound. Since the launch of the trio’s debut single, “Til The Cows Come Home”, Lockeland have appeared on the CMA Spotlight Stage (CMA Fest 2019), opened for Big & Rich on two separate occasions in 2019. The group recently embarked on an international tour (canvassing England and Scotland) where the trio provided direct support for CAM at Millport Music Festival and shared the stage at the Long Road Festival with Kip Moore, Josh Turner, LANCO and loads more.

Last year saw the trio embark on a UK tour, and grace the British Airwaves on a number of key tastemaker stations. Their single ‘Drive’ was supported by Chris Country andCountry Hits UK on the radio and premiered by Maverick Magazine online. The Nashville trio are now returning with their most emphatic piece of Country to date. ‘Keep Us Young’ sees the trio explore a feeling of nostalgia and young love on a joyful piece of song writing with an anthemic chorus. On the new single, the trio state:

The three of us were inspired to pen “Keep Us Young” as a tribute to our parents, who have all been happily married for 30+ years. Strong relationships like theirs serve as an incredible example of how true love can keep couples young at heart.

Hi, I’m Annette, I have been a huge country music fan since the early 90s those were the days we were lucky enough to have CMT in the UK. I enjoy nothing more than listening to country music whilst having a cold beer (or a moonshine) with friends. I try to as many gigs as I can here in the UK and in the USA; I think of Nashville as my second home and I am lucky to have made some amazing friends in Tennessee. Think Country is something I am very proud of, I just want to share my love and passion of all things country music related with you all.
