Miranda Lambert’s Broadway Bar Plans Are Revealed
It seems that Miranda Lambert will soon be joining the likes of country artists Blake Shelton, Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean and Dierks Bentley by opening her own themed bar/restaurant in downtown Nashville….and as such will become the first female artist to do so!
According to the city’s Business Journal, work on the interior of what will be ” Casa Rosa” ( which translates to ” Rose House” ) has already begun. The 17,400 square foot building at 308 Broadway, an existing bar/restaurant space, is undergoing extensive renovations including the addition of a mezzanine and two restrooms to the second floor while the bar areas and finishes are being upgraded.
The project sees the multi-award winning artist, who is also heavily involved in animal welfare of course having founded ” MuttNation Foundation” with her mother back in 2007, teaming up with TC Restaurant Group ( whose portfolio already includes Jason Aldean’s Kitchen and Rooftop Bar, FGL House and Tequila Cowboy ) and we can apparently expect further details to emerge in the coming weeks.
From what little we can glean at the moment the food menu looks to be based around Nashville style Tex-Mex dishes, with world renown chef Tomasz Wosiak’s name possibly in the frame, but whatever the case this is bound to be a really fun place to hang ….and of course will have a fabulous playlist blasting out as you drink, dine and party! Don’t forget those ” Pink Sunglasses” for ” Automatic” entry, and behave yourself even if you find that it’s ” Hard Staying Sober” and you’re ” Drunk ( And I Don’t Wanna Go Home)” because remember that you’re ” Way Too Pretty For Prison” ……but maybe having a ” Getaway Driver” lined up would be worth thinking about, just in case!
