6. How has the pandemic affected your music career? What have you done differently, and have you discovered any new, positive methods of creating during this time? For the first couple months, I was just trying to deal, reschedule, cancel etc then I tried to be productive and did a ton of writing so in that sense it was great to have the time to do that and I’m very proud of the songs that I wrote. I made some videos and tried to stay productive and connect with people who like my music. Its all about the connection for me.

7. If we were to come to a live show, what could we expect to see? What would the experience we like?

A huge smile on my face for one and a lot of new songs. A shiny J-45 Gibson, I finally had time to set it up and polish it!

I like to play basketball, mountain bike and swim. I try to stay active to keep my energy up for some shows.

Record and tour. I miss seeing people.

10. Finally, because we are THINK COUNTRY, when you “Think Country,” what do you think?

I think, it’s the hard working people of our country, not just one area or another left or right, but the heart of the country, the stories of the people.

Annette Gibbons
Hi, I’m Annette, I have been a huge country music fan since the early 90s those were the days we were lucky enough to have CMT in the UK. I enjoy nothing more than listening to country music whilst having a cold beer (or a moonshine) with friends. I try to as many gigs as I can here in the UK and in the USA; I think of Nashville as my second home and I am lucky to have made some amazing friends in Tennessee. Think Country is something I am very proud of, I just want to share my love and passion of all things country music related with you all.
