Chase Rice – The Album

Chase Rice has announced a date for the release of the final chapter of his multi-part project, ‘The Album’. Fans should put the 28th May in the diary.

Back in January 2020 Chase Rice surprised fans with the release of ‘The Album Part I’. The 7-song EP included the hit ‘Lonely If You Are’. ‘The Album Part II’ followed on, and so it is neat and conclusive that on the 28th May, Rice will release the final chapter, the all encompassing ‘The Album’, which features the first two parts alongside this third and final chapter.

As well as his current single – ‘Drinkin’ Beer. Talkin’ God. Amen.’ – there will be three new tracks for fans to get their ears around. ‘The Nights’ sees Rice acknowledge the difficulty of moving on, as he flips between singing and speaking to show his vulnerability. There is romance too, as we are promised a sultry midtempo number on ‘Bedroom’, and Rice will sing about our loved ones pushing us to be the best versions of ourselves on, ‘If I Didn’t Have You’.

It has been an emotional journey as far as Rice is concerned: “It’s crazy to look back now and see the journey this album has taken us on throughout writing and recording it,” notes Rice. “We shared so many of these songs with the fans as they were being written and got their input along the way – so it’s their journey that lives in these, too. I think this new music will always mean a bit more to me since it has carried us all through some strange and uncertain times.”

It sounds as though fans can expect a deeper, bolder and more reflective side to Rice’s music on ‘The Album’.

Like many acts right now, Rice is itching to get back out on the road. Fans will have the chance to hear the new music live as Rice joins Kane Brown on the NBA arena Blessed & Free Tour at the top of 2022. For a full list of dates and to purchase tickets, click HERE.
