CARTER FAITH IS READY TO LET LOVE BE LOVE WITH INTRODUCTORY EP SET FOR AUGUST 20

Up-and-coming country star Carter Faith has announced her highly anticipated introductory EP LET LOVE BE LOVE which is set for an August 20th release. LET LOVE BE LOVE was co-produced by Ben West, Sean McConnell and Jen Stegall and if you are to pre-save the project on Apple Music, you’ll receive the instant grat track “Buzzakilla.”

“I got the inspiration for the EP title LET LOVE BE LOVE from a really beautiful poem by Morgan Harper Nichols called “Let July be July,” shares Faith. “This poem struck me because life is so fast and I for one am always worrying about the future and wanting it to speed up, but I have found that makes us miss out on most of life itself.”

The songwriter, who has been praised by CMT for her “confessional songwriting and vulnerable vocals,” recently delivered a “perfect summer love song” (Wide Open Country) with leading track “Joyride” that has already amassed over one million streams and counting. A “rising star in the country music world” (Just Jared Jr.),  also gave listeners a sneak peek of what’s to come with acoustic project THE DUSK SESSIONS, which showcased her clear, emotion-filled vocals with support from an effectively elegant piano backing. The recordings, that showcase her “rootsy country sound” (Sounds Like Nashville), included original tracks “Leaving Tennessee” and “Easy Pill,” as well as a reimagined version of Britney Spears’ “…Baby One More Time.” After receiving a combined 12 million plus streams, Faith is quickly making a name for herself in Nashville.

“As I put these individual songs together into a group and tried to put my finger on how they all somehow connected, I discovered that they each were completely unapologetic,” Faith added.  “The songs hold so much emotion but they don’t analyze these emotions, they just ‘let them be.’ When it comes to life and all the beauties that it holds, I don’t want to waste time analyzing it but instead just basking in the craziness of it all. LET LOVE BE LOVE is about truly experiencing life and love, and everything in between.”

Annette Gibbons
Hi, I’m Annette, I have been a huge country music fan since the early 90s those were the days we were lucky enough to have CMT in the UK. I enjoy nothing more than listening to country music whilst having a cold beer (or a moonshine) with friends. I try to as many gigs as I can here in the UK and in the USA; I think of Nashville as my second home and I am lucky to have made some amazing friends in Tennessee. Think Country is something I am very proud of, I just want to share my love and passion of all things country music related with you all.
