ALYSSA TRAHAN RELEASES SELF-PRODUCED “MY FAVORITE SONG” MUSIC VIDEO, SAYS SONG IS “EVERYTHING COUNTRY RADIO IS ABOUT THESE DAYS”

Alyssa Trahan can now add music video producer and editor to her long resume, including self-producing the song. On Thursday, American Songwriter exclusively premiered Trahan’s official music video for her latest release, “My Favorite Song,” which she shot and edited on her own. Designed to look like a home video, Trahan shows the good times of a relationship intermingled with clips of her all alone.

“’My Favorite Song’ lands firmly in the modern, pop country vein and is everything country radio is about these days: pulsating, light, breezy and fun. Quite an accomplishment when you’re talking about a sad song.” – Ken Churilla, American Songwriter.Whilst Trahan herself said:

I am so excited to have American Songwriter premiering this music video! It was filmed and edited totally D-I-Y-style after the pandemic made us change our plans, but it was so much fun to make and I love how personal and raw the end result is.

In the midst of tour dates being canceled right and left, Trahan is bringing the music to you with her weekly Comfy Couch Facebook Live. Catch her every Sunday at 6pm CST.

Hi, I’m Annette, I have been a huge country music fan since the early 90s those were the days we were lucky enough to have CMT in the UK. I enjoy nothing more than listening to country music whilst having a cold beer (or a moonshine) with friends. I try to as many gigs as I can here in the UK and in the USA; I think of Nashville as my second home and I am lucky to have made some amazing friends in Tennessee. Think Country is something I am very proud of, I just want to share my love and passion of all things country music related with you all.
