Tyler Rich’s new album Self Titled EP dropped on September 20, and then just days later, Tyler  got to perform on the Grand Ole Opry stage for the first time… Can you say “He is a star” now? Tyler Rich has been very busy, touring, appearances, helping the animal community in his home state of California, and oh, this EP. It is delightful to listen to. Tyler takes on the old story of LOVE and breakups, getting back together, and puts his own sweet and playful twist on it.

The song,” The Difference”, which by the way is playing non stop on Sirius Radio “The Highway”, (seems like everytime I get in the car its on), thats when you know, it a hit!!

“The Difference” tells the story of young love, and how words have “different” meanings depending on the way they are spoken. One of the examples in the song are the way “I love ya”, and “I Love You” are expressed to the young lady in his life. It’s all about relationships, building and growing, and HE wants to be “The Difference” in the her life. It is moving and uplifting..make you feel good all over.

Then on the other hand…. The song 11:11 is about a break-up, and believe it or not these 4 little numbers have a lot of meaning to many couples out there. Young and old. I was reading up on exactly what 11:11 means and found this explanation to be the most fitting for this song,

“it is the concept of synchronicity” , which simply means everything needs to be in alignment in a relationship for it to work… If not, then 2 people cannot make it happen.

 “Adrenaline” is another love song and more of a ballad. Bad breakup, having the new girl come save him, from depression, and I feel a little sadness from the break up. The line:

“Kickstart my Heart like Adrenaline”, tells it all… His new love is making him forget the old, and how bad it seemed to be. It’s not a sad song, but like I mentioned, a ballad, a tribute to what really matters most…. LOVE!!!! Watch out for Tyler Rich, he is all around us, and doing a great job, making us all feel love!!
