Sara Evans Brings All The Hits and Some Holiday Classics to Jergels Rhythm Bar

The Jergels stage was beautifully decorated with wreaths and lights and the crowd was dressed all festive for what would be a very magical night. Sara Evans brought her Annual Holiday show to Jergels Rhythm Bar in Warrendale PA on Friday evening and it was nothing short of amazing.

Kicking off the evening was a California Native Band, Fairground Saints. The band recently made the trek west from California in their van to pursue music and landed in Nashville. The three piece band is made up of members; Megan McAllister, Mason Van Valin and Elijah Edwards. The band is signed with Sony Music label What impressed Think Country most about this band is how amazing their 3 part harmony sounded. Their vibe is undeniably cool and we love that all three of them share the duties of songwriting as well. Make sure you download “Somewhere Down The Line” their current single. We also loved their version of “Silent Night” it will definitely put you in the Holiday Spirit.

Next up was the lady that everyone came to see and packed out the SOLD OUT venue. The one and only Sara Evans. Evans started her show off with some of her new material and included one of our favorite covers that she recorded wit Gavin DeGraw “Not Over You.” Then Evans mixed in some Holiday favorites dedicating “I’ll Be Home for Christmas” to all those serving overseas who can’t be home for the holidays and of course she sang her Christmas Classic “At Chirstmas.” Evans really had fun with that one and was dancing around and having fun with the very close and intimate crowd at Jergels. Evans even joked saying “I love these shows they are so intimate …yet kinda creepy at the same time” The crowd was loving the energy from Evans and you could definitely tell Evans was feeding off every bit of energy the crowd was giving back. Evans switched back to some of her hits after some Holiday songs and sang “Born To Fly” and “Stronger” which the crowd sang right back to her as loud as they possibly could followed by some more Holiday classics which included one of our favorite holiday tunes Oh Holy Night were Evan’s vocals were showcased the best of the evening.

We loved how Evans intertwined both her classic songs and Holiday favorites in to the 18 song set on Friday evening. Make sure you check out Sara Evan’s current single “All The Love” which Is currently being played on Y2Kountry on Sirius XM Radio.
