Dearest Santa

Dearest Santa,

You have been spectacular for me this year. I have wonderful people in my life that matter (finally)! I am part of an amazing team with Think Country Music! They listen to me and let me be the creative that was always within.. I can sparkle at something that I truly love! (and take great concert photos!! :))))

Now, for the upcoming year… I really really want this to continue.. As well, you may have guessed by now, more women in Country Music to discover!! Lots and lots of them! There are so many good, strong acts, and we need to spread the word! One in particular that I have to mention and ask for is Amber DeLaCruz!! Please Santa, help to get her out there and heard!
I promise that I will be good…. no great, to help make this happen!
Also, one other little thing?? More Major Country acts to be available in Palm Beach County, Florida. We know that a lot of them don’t want to come down, unless it’s a major venue, due to the expense of a tour here in the deep, deep, south. But we have the best weather in the winter and I can show them all the great hang out spots…please????

And OH, just one more last thing, on a personal note, keep my family healthy and safe, keep my parents and in laws very healthy, that means the world to me…This is so I can continue my work that has only just begun…

Thank you and not begging too much,
Robin

Hi, Im Robin. I have been a music groupie/follower, since the '70s (showing my age). Gr0wing up in Oyster Bay, Long Island, N.Y. there was not a lot of Country music playing on the airways. I always found a way to seek out the country side of my youth, Marshall Tucker Band, Poco, Charlie Daniels, Johnny Cash, and my absolute all time favorite, Dwight Yoakam. The list goes on. (of course my disco friends, never knew this,) Moving to Florida in the early 1980's was awesome! There was more than one Country radio station on FM!! I discovered the greats like Tanya Tucker, Sammy Kershaw, Marty Stuart, Travis Tritt, Randy Travis. Line dancing every weekend, I was in heaven!! There is so much great talent out there now, its exciting and they are extremely innovative with their craft. I look forward to each time a new song and album are released. My son is a bass player and has moved to Nashville to pursue his dream of being a touring musician, and he is on the road right now. I guess you can say it runs in the family. :) So now I get the chance to visit the home of country music, Nashville!!! I love reaching out to the up and comers here in FLorida, there is so much amazing talent. This is not just a job, but a passion!!! Robin
